To develop a basic understanding of the distribution of CAMs in the anterior segment and outflow pathways, and to utilize the modulation of CAMs to improve outflow.

Basic Science Research: Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) in a Glaucomatous Monkey Model.

To develop a new surgical guarded laser filtration technique, with the use of adjunctive antimetabolites.
